    Using movement sequences from the Feldenkrais Method®, you will be verbally guided through gentle movement explorations that help you

Marcia Giudice, MS OT

I love supporting people in slowing down and listening to their bodies, cultivating self-awareness and acceptance, and exploring how awareness and movement can help decrease stress, pain, and limitations. 

I have a master's degree in Occupational Therapy and over 30 years of experience as a therapist and Body-Mind educator. I am certified as a SomaSoul® Somatic Therapist, Feldenkrais® Practitioner, Bones for Life® Trainer, Core Integration Teacher, and Kripalu Yoga Instructor. I teach classes and have a private practice in Wayland, MA.
