The following 21-minute recording was inspired by requests from people to have something they can do at home to de-stress and feel better in their bodies in a short period of time. In the Feldenkrais Method, it is called an Awareness Through Movement® lesson and it's designed to help:
Release tension, especially in your back, neck, and eyes
Slow down, relax, and re-connect with your body
De-stress, quiet your mind, and cultivate mindfulness
Improve self-awareness, posture, and ease of movement
Experience relief from stiffness, aches, and pains
Please note that at the beginning of the recording, I introduce this as a 10-15 minute experience, but (oops) it turned out to be 21 minutes long.
