21-minute Awareness through Movement® Exploration

The following 21-minute recording was inspired by requests from people to have something they can do at home to de-stress and feel better in their bodies in a short period of time.  In the Feldenkrais Method, it is called an Awareness Through Movement® lesson and it's designed to help:

  • Release tension, especially in your back, neck, and eyes

  • Slow down, relax, and re-connect with your body

  • De-stress, quiet your mind, and cultivate mindfulness

  • Improve self-awareness, posture, and ease of movement

  • Experience relief from stiffness, aches, and pains

All you need is a quiet place to lie on your back and the intention to be curious as you are verbally guided to listen to your body and explore gentle movements without straining, stretching or discomfort.  You may be surprised at the effect!
