July 13 HEAD: This class will focus on one of my favorite movement explorations to free your head and neck.
July 27 SHOULDERS:   Restore harmony to your shoulder and all its connections into the torso.
Aug 10  KNEES and Toes:  Improve the alignment and gliding of your knees in relation to your feet

Using movement sequences from the Feldenkrais Method®, you will be verbally guided through gentle movement explorations that help you: 

  • reduce stiffness, aches, pains, and stress
  • befriend your body and cultivate Body-Mind awareness
  • improve balance, posture, and ease of movement
  • more relaxed and connected from head to toe

Individual Sessions via Zoom

  • Body-Mind Inquiry- Befriending your Body, Befriending Yourself
    a transformative process to:
    • cultivate embodied mindfulness and the ability to listen to your body 
    • deepen your connection to your authentic self 
    • change unwanted habits that limit your aliveness
    • facilitate personal growth and healing of body, mind, and spirit
    • cultivate the ability to meet yourself with self-acceptance and explore what can get in the way of it
  • Individualized Awareness Through Movement lessons (the Feldenkrais Method) and Body-Mind exercise and exploration to address your individual needs

Marcia Giudice, MS OT

I love supporting people in slowing down and listening to their bodies, cultivating self-awareness and acceptance, and exploring how awareness and movement can help decrease stress, pain, and limitations. 

I have a master's degree in Occupational Therapy and over 30 years of experience as a therapist and Body-Mind educator. I am certified as a SomaSoul® Somatic Therapist, Feldenkrais® Practitioner, Bones for Life® Trainer, Core Integration Teacher, and Kripalu Yoga Instructor. I teach classes and have a private practice in Wayland, MA.
