Weekly Awareness Through Movement® Online Classes
Wednesdays 11:15-12:15 Eastern Time
(no class Feb. 9th) 

Beginners and Drop-ins are welcome and, for people new to me, your first class is FREE
Using movement sequences from the Feldenkrais Method®, you will be verbally guided through gentle movement explorations that help you: 

  • reduce stiffness, aches, pains, and stress
  • befriend your body and cultivate Body-Mind awareness
  • improve balance, posture, and ease of movement
  • more relaxed and connected from head to toe

    • cultivate embodied mindfulness and the ability to listen to your body

    • facilitate personal growth and healing of body, mind, and spirit
    • cultivate self-acceptance and explore what can get in the way of it
  • Individualized Awareness Through Movement lessons (the Feldenkrais Method) and Body-Mind exercise and exploration to address your individual needs

I love supporting people in slowing down and listening to their bodies, cultivating self-awareness and acceptance, and exploring how awareness and movement can help decrease stress, pain, and limitations. 

I have a master's degree in Occupational Therapy and over 30 years of experience as a therapist and Body-Mind educator. I am certified as a SomaSoul® Somatic Therapist, Feldenkrais® Practitioner, Bones for Life® Trainer, Core Integration Teacher, and Kripalu Yoga Instructor. I teach classes and have a private practice in Wayland, MA.
