"Embodied Mindfulness and the Feldenkrais Method®"

Join me for a six-week series exploring 6 different 'Awareness Through Movement' lessons and how each lesson affects your state of being... physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. We will begin and end each class with a 5-minute guided mindfulness practice, bringing kind attention to whatever is happening in the moment. Join me in an inquiry of mindfulness, presence, embodiment, and discernment of nervous system states of aliveness, calm/connected, fight, flight, freeze, and collapse.
When: Sept. 29-Nov. 3 (Wednesdays, 11:15am - 12:15pm Eastern Time) on ZOOM

Audio recordings of each class are included. Links will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the class so that you can review parts or all of the class or do the class on your own time if you were not able to attend live-online.

Using movement sequences from the Feldenkrais Method®, you will be verbally guided through gentle movement explorations that help you:
